Foods high in soluble fiber

If you want to be healthy your diet should include soluble fiber. Soluble fiber is the fiber that absorbs water as it passes through your body.




List of food high in soluble fiber
1. Oats
2. Pinto Beans
3. Bananas
4. Carrots
5. Psyllium Husk (not really a food but still good for you)
6. Brown Rice
