How to cure allergies

Do allergies have you hiding indoors? Are you tired of buying expensive allergy medicine to function during the spring? Well I have a solution for you. Try local honey. At the start of winter or even fall, eat at least a teaspoon of locally produced honey. Honey contains bits and pieces of pollen deposited by bees during the pollination process. The idea here is to expose your immune system with small amounts of pollen over time to build immunity to the pollen when it hits you in the spring. It’s important to use local honey which has been produced as close to your home as possible since the pollen in your neighborhood which gets you sniffling is the type your body needs to build immunity against. Start searching for that local honey now and you’ll be more than prepared for those spring allergies.

Another good cure for allergies is Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. If you fill 1/6 a cup with about 16 ounces of water and drink it daily your body will become more alkaline which should cause a reduction in the severity of your allergies. You may need to drink your apple cider vinegar tonic several times a day if doesn’t work at first. Also important is boosting your immune system so eat healthy and get tested for food allergies.
